What counts as a booking?
Only confirmed appointments count toward your bill. Cancelled bookings are not charged.
Do I need a website to use BookMi?
No. We give you a shareable booking link you can use on Instagram, WhatsApp, or anywhere. The WordPress plugin is optional.
Is my client data safe?
Yes. BookMi is POPIA compliant and your data is stored on servers in South Africa.
