Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a BookMi account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

BookMi provides online booking software for beauty and wellness businesses in South Africa. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

3. Billing

Plans are billed monthly. Your bill is the base fee plus a per-booking charge, capped at your plan maximum. A 14-day free trial is available on signup. After the trial, you must provide payment details to continue. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use BookMi to collect payments outside our payment processor, harvest client data for third-party marketing, or violate any applicable South African law.

5. Limitation of liability

BookMi is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost bookings, revenue loss or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Western Cape.
