Refund Policy

Free trial

Your 14-day free trial requires no payment. You will only be charged when the trial ends and you choose to continue.

Monthly subscription

Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Exceptions

If you experience a service outage lasting more than 24 continuous hours in a billing month, you may request a pro-rated credit by emailing billing@bookmi.co.za within 7 days of the outage.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription in your dashboard. No phone call or email required.
