💬 WhatsApp operational messages (Pro plans)

Pro plans include a per-cycle WhatsApp allowance for confirmations and reminders. Unsupported events fall back to email. Solo: 300 messages · Studio: 750 · Clinic: 1,500 per billing cycle. The allowance resets at the start of each new cycle. Marketing and campaign messages are a separate paid add-on (coming soon).

What happens when I hit my cap?

Your bill is capped - you pay no more than the cap price that month, no matter how many more bookings come in.

When does billing start?

Creating your account and completing setup are free. Your 14-day trial starts when you publish your booking page, so setup time does not use any trial days. No credit card is required to set up or start the trial. We will prompt you to add payment details before the trial ends.

Can I switch between Core and Pro?

Yes. You can upgrade to Pro or downgrade to Core at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What WhatsApp messages are included in Pro?

Can I send marketing or campaign messages via WhatsApp?

Marketing and promotional campaign messages are coming soon as a separate paid add-on. Your operational message allowance (confirmations and reminders) is separate from campaign messages.

Can I pay annually and save?

What payment methods are accepted?

We use PayFast for secure card payments. Visa, Mastercard, and Instant EFT are supported.
