What happens when I hit my cap?
Your bill is capped - you pay no more than the cap price that month, no matter how many more bookings come in.
When does billing start?
Your 14-day free trial starts when you sign up. We will prompt you to add payment details before the trial ends.
Can I switch between Core and Pro?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro or downgrade to Core at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What are the WhatsApp fair-use limits on Pro?
Includes up to 3 WhatsApp booking notifications per booking (confirmation + reminder + one change). Extra WhatsApp messages: R0.35 each.
